This portable gauge-measuring device measures distances on a map and is useful when planning your travels! The map measurer assists in estimating the distance covered and distance to travel. Using this gauge you can easily measure the length of curvy roads or waterways. The Map Measurer contains a small wheel designed to trace a course on a map, the distance is displayed in km or miles. The Map Measurer dial has the following scales: 1:5000, 1:20000, and 1:50000. Scale interval is 1 centimeter. 

Instructions:

1. Select the required scale 
2. Mark a line on the map 
3. Trace over this line with the map measurer 
4. Record the measurement and then the result will be displayed on the map measurer
